- Customers: placing orders
- Driving Partners: fulfilling deliveries
- Retail Partners: preparing orders under contract

- Users & Visitors: browsing or interacting with the Platform
- Applicants: seeking partnership with Cravify
2. Definitions
- Platform: Cravify.io’s website, apps, APIs, back‑end systems, AI modules, and related services.
- Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order via the Platform.
- Driving Partner: Independent contractor delivering orders.
- Retail Partner: Merchant contracting with Cravify to fulfill orders.
- Retail Store: Any merchant listed on the Platform—partnered or affiliate. Listing does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
- User: Any natural person, legal entity, or automated agent accessing or interacting with the Platform.
- AI Services: Automated chatbots, routing algorithms, demand‑forecasting, product‑image generation, and other machine‑learning features.
- Brand Assets: Third‑party names, logos, trademarks, and branding displayed on the Platform.
- Feedback: Comments, ratings, reviews, or other user‑generated content submitted via the Platform.

- AI‑Powered Support: Provide chatbot assistance and escalate to human agents.

- Product Imaging: Generate, optimize, and display product images.
- Brand Display: Show Brand Assets to enhance user experience and partnership outreach.
- Dispute Resolution & Safety: Investigate incidents, manage claims, enforce policies.

- Optional Marketing & Surveys: Send promotions only with explicit opt‑in consent.
We never sell or rent personal data for external advertising.

- Display Purposes: We may display Brand Assets of Retail Partners and Retail Stores for informational and promotional purposes.
- No Affiliation or Endorsement: Display of any Brand Asset does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless explicitly stated.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All Brand Assets remain the sole property of their owners; our use is governed by fair‑use or license.
- Removal Requests: Brand owners may request removal of their assets at support@cravify.io. We will respond promptly.

- Partners: Share order details with Driving and Retail Partners (only the minimum needed).
- Payment Processors: Transmit tokenized data for transaction authorization/settlement.
